The regular donation has an amount and continuous frequency freely chosen (monthly, yearly) and allows us to plan targeted and long-term interventions. You will receive the annual card ‘Friend of TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS”, periodic updates, the summary of your donations useful for tax purposes and an annual report on what TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS achieves also thanks to your donations.
The individual donation has freely chosen amount and is still invaluable in bringing help to where it is most needed and to our emergency response programs.
All proceeds of the Italian Committee for TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS, net of costs incurred, are earmarked to finance development and emergency programs implemented by TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS in 150 countries and territories around the world. In 2022, TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS transferred 57.2 million euros to support the organization's programs for children and adolescents in developing countries, an increase of +27.5% compared to 2021.
The donation does not have a fixed duration, at any time it is possible to modify the amount and/or frequency, communicate the change of the chosen payment method (for example, renewal of the credit card or change of bank details), suspend the regular donation for a few months or terminate it by sending an email to donatori@tousunispourlesenfants.com or by calling the toll-free number 800 745000.
Liberal donations made to the Committee for TOUSUNISPOURLESENFANTS ETS Foundation by any means of payment, excluding cash, enjoy certain tax benefits, within the limits and under the conditions set forth by current legislation and practices.
FOR INDIVIDUALS:
are deductible from gross tax for an amount equal to 30% of their amount up to a maximum of 30,000 $ (art. 83 paragraph 1 Legislative Decree 117/2017 - Third Sector Code);
are deductible up to a limit of 10% of their declared total net income (art. 83 paragraph 2 Legislative Decree 117/2017);
FOR INDIVIDUALS:
They are deductible, for an amount not exceeding 2% of the declared business income (art. 100 paragraph 2 letter a of Presidential Decree 917/86);
They are deductible, for an amount not exceeding 30,000 $ or 2% of the declared business income (art.100, paragraph 2, letter h of Presidential Decree 917/86);
They are deductible, within the limit of 10% of the declared income without the maximum limit of 70,000 $ (art. 83 paragraph 2 Legislative Decree 117/2017 - Third Sector Code). If the deduction is of an amount greater than the total declared income, decreased by all deductions, the excess can be computed as an increase in the amount deductible from the total income of subsequent tax periods, but not beyond the fourth, up to its amount.
